Translation Management System

In order to react quickly and flexibly to all customer requests,
Diction AG needed a translation management system that would reliably support its workflows, from the preparation of quotations to order processing and invoicing. Within the framework of an agile development project, lingo systems recorded all
requirements in cooperation with Diction AG and implemented the desired system.

Customer portal

lingo systems has developed a customer portal for Diction AG to enable its customers to order language services in a modern way. The portal enables the customer to order various language services and provides an up-to-date and transparent insight into the order status at any time. Thanks to a complete integration into the TMS of Diction AG, orders can be processed in a highly automated way, so that even urgent orders are delivered reliably and quickly. The customer portal can be adapted to different customers and customer needs upon request and made available to users in their network via a single sign-on.

Freelancer portal

lingo systems has developed a new freelancer portal that allows Diction AG to maintain its freelancer network, optimally support freelancers in their work, whilst retaining control over the quality of the results for its clients. Using this portal, freelancers can apply for, view, accept, deliver and invoice jobs. By integrating with Diction AG’s TMS and customer portal, jobs can be offered to the right freelancers at the right time.

Wieners+Wieners is an internationally active premium provider of translations, adaptations, proofreading and editing services. The specialist for advertising and marketing language realizes a wide variety of projects for target market adaptation in over 70 languages with a comprehensive network of specialist translators.

W+W Connect

With W+W-Connect, Wieners+Wieners offers a REST API that serves as a bridge between its TMS and the systems of its customers. Translations can be ordered via the API, without media discontinuity, for example from within PhraseApp. Lingo systems supports Wieners+Wieners in the maintenance and further development of W+W-Connect.

itl was founded in Munich in 1982 and is now one of the market-leading companies for technical documentation and translation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Implementation of search function

itl AG offers its customers authoring assistance. This determines, among other things, whether the correct terminology has been used or is prohibited. Lingo systems implemented various hierarchical search functions on large databases of terms and sentences in order to develop this authoring assistance further.

Customer portal


Transline uses the customised, complex and highly automated translation management system “TBlue” to connect client systems in a custom-fit manner to easily manage jobs. In doing so, we expand the system with new system components, such as a web shop, the integration of solutions for machine translation and much more. In addition, lingo systems assists Transline in supporting TBlue.
