Diction AG is an international language service provider that offers translation, proofreading and machine translation services for many industries and languages and works with the latest translation technologies.

Translation Management System

In order to be able to react flexibly and quickly to all customer requests, Diction AG needed a translation management system that would provide reliable support for its workflows, from the preparation of quotations to order processing and invoicing. Within the framework of an agile development project, lingo systems requirements in co-operation with Diction AG and implemented the desired system.

Customer Portal

 
lingo systems has developed a customer portal for Diction AG to enable its customers to order language services in a modern way. The customer portal enables the commissioning of a wide range of language services and provides an up-to-date and transparent insight into the order status at all times. Thanks to full integration into Diction AG’s TMS, orders can be processed in a highly automated manner so that even urgent orders can be delivered reliably and quickly. Of course, the customer portal can be customised to suit different customers and customer needs and made available to users in their network via single sign-on. 

Freelancer Portal

 

lingo systems has developed a new freelancer portal with which Diction AG can maintain its freelancer network, provide freelancers with the best possible support in their work and also control the quality of the results for its customers. Freelancers can use the portal to apply for, view, accept, deliver and invoice jobs. Integration into Diction AG’s TMS and client portal means that jobs can be offered to the right freelancers at the right time, if required.

Implementation of search function

itl AG offers its customers author support. Among other things, this determines whether the correct terminology has been used or is prohibited. To further develop this authoring support, lingo systems has implemented various hierarchical search functions on large term and sentence databases.

The KERN Group is an international full-service provider in the field of foreign language communication. The diverse service portfolio includes translation and interpreting in all world languages, terminology management, language training for specialists, managers and private individuals, the creation of technical documentation, the localisation of software and websites, multilingual DTP and graphics processing and the printing and distribution of foreign-language documents.
